Returns, cancellations and refunds

We do not offer voluntary returns or exchanges for a change of mind or a size or color you selected incorrectly. Mandatory consumer rights, including the cancellation rights below, take priority.

No physical returns

For refunds available under this policy, we will not require you to return the product. Please do not send packages to our correspondence address.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect or not as described, email us with your order number and a description. Clear photos of the item, issue and packaging help us assess the problem, but contact us even if photos are unavailable.

We will provide the replacement, refund or other remedy required by applicable law. Supplier claim deadlines do not limit your statutory rights.

Missing deliveries

Email us if your order has not arrived or tracking says delivered but you cannot find it. We will investigate and provide any remedy required by law.

EU, EEA and UK cancellation rights

Where applicable, you may cancel an online goods purchase without giving a reason by notifying us within 14 days after you or your nominated recipient receives it. For goods in one order delivered separately, the period generally runs from receipt of the last item.

Send a clear cancellation statement by email or post before the deadline. You may use the form below, but do not have to. Our approval is not required.

No return is required. We will refund you without undue delay and within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice, including the least expensive standard outbound delivery charge. Additional charges for optional faster delivery are not refundable. Refunds use the original payment method unless you agree otherwise, without a refund fee.

Brazil

Where Brazilian law applies, you may cancel an online purchase without giving a reason within seven calendar days after receiving the goods. No return is required. We will promptly provide the legally required full refund, including delivery charges.

Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights, longer statutory periods or additional remedies.
